New Document Management System on SharePoint
St Andrew’s Village (SAV) provides Quality aged care, retirement living and specialty care services. Managing control documents was an issue and therefore, MM Consulting NZ was engaged to improve the way they managed their control documents. As part of the overall Quality and Risk project to enhance and update St Andrew’s Village management system.
The purpose of this sub-project or workstream is to build and implement a new document management system on SharePoint. This will help with managing the control documents effectively.
Reviewed the document management process
Identified the need for the utilisation of software to help manage control documents (Phase 1 – Initial setup and learnings)
Worked with Business Refinery and the SAV Project Team to build the new document management system within Sharepoint (Phase 2 – Customise)
Engaged with staff and provided relevant training (Phase 3 – Migrate and Train)
Implement the new system and provide support (Phase 4 – Launch)
