GratPak ISO Certification
Integrated Management System Certification Journey
We collaborated with GratPak to implement their Integrated Management System (IMS), covering ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety. The project focused on establishing their systems for certification readiness. As a result, GratPak successfully achieved ISO certification.

Scope:
The project involved a comprehensive review of GratPak’s systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. We also provided onboarding training to engage staff, ensuring their understanding and active participation in the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Deliverable:

- Gap Analysis Report: Assessed GratPak’s systems against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 highlighting non-compliance and improvement areas.
- IMS Implementation Plan: Roadmap outlining steps, resources, and timelines for integrating ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 into the management system.
- Updated Policies & Procedures: Revised policies aligned with IMS standards for quality and environmental management.
- Training & Awareness: Delivered sessions to educate GratPak staff on IMS roles and responsibilities for successful implementation.
- Internal Audit Framework: Established a framework for regular IMS assessments to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
- Certification Audit Prep: Provided documentation and support for external audits to achieve ISO certification.
